چکیده همچنین عدم تناسب آموزش زبان های خارجی در سیستم آموزش رسمی کشور با نیازهای افراد در محیط اجتماعی ، میل به شرکت در کلاس های آزاد را که آموزش کاربردی تری ارائه می‌کنند افزایش می‌دهد. و در نهایت، « یادگیری هر زبان جدید، آغاز یک زندگی تازه است. » این جمله به تنهایی اهمیت یادگیری زبان های خارجی را بیان می‌کند. اجرای این طرح ضمن اینکه پاسخی به نیاز اقشار مختلف جامعه برای یادگیری زبان های خارجی است، می‌تواند از بازدهی اقتصادی مناسبی نیز برخوردار بوده و همچنین زمینه ساز اشتغال نیروهای متخصص به خصوص در رشته زبان های خارجی گردد. علاوه بر آن با توجه به این که طرح های آموزشی می‌توانند برای آموزش پسران یا دختران اجرا شوند، در اجرای این گونه طرح ها میتوان از نیروی کار بانوان تحصیلکرده نیز استفاده نمود. مکان مورد نیاز طرح ، شامل یک باب ساختمان با کاربری اداری به مساحت تقریبی 90 متر مربع میباشد که ارزش هر مترمربع آن چهار میلیون ریال وهزینه کل خرید محل 360 میلیون ریال برآورد می‌شود. مقدمه اگرسطح زبان انگلیسی شما مبتدی است و یا از مهارت بالایی در زبان انگلیسِی برخوردارید و یا مدرس زبان انگلیسِی هستید و مایل به اخذ گواهینامه هایی در روش تدرِیس میباشید ؛ مرکز آموزش ITEC در دبی دوره ویژه ای را برای هر سطحی از زبان انگلیسی در نظر دارد. ما در مرکز آموزش ITEC معتقدیم ؛ بهترین راه آموزش زبان انگلیسی آموزش آن در محیطی انگلیسی زبان, و با استفاده از آخرین متدها و وسایل کمک آموزشی و با اساتید انگلیسی زبان است .دوره های طراحی شده در دپارتمان زبان ITEC پاسخگوی نیازهای افراد زیر میباشند. 1- دانشجویانی که قصد ورود به دانشگاه های خارج از کشور را دارند. 2- دانشجویانی که قصد ارتقاء سطح زبان خود را تا مقاطع پیشرفته داشته و برای جذب در بازار کار بین المللی آماده میشوند. 3- دانش آموزانی که در سنین پائین قصد ادامه تحصیلات در دبیرستانها و سپس در دانشگاه های خارج از کشور را دارند. 4- خانواده هائی که قصد اقامت در خارج از کشور را دارند. روش تحقیق در این تحقیق روش کتابخانه ای می باشد که با مراجعه با کتابخانه و سایتهای اینترنتی و مراکز طرح موجود جمع بندی در مورد سریعترین و اصولیترین روش یادگیری زبان انگلیسی بدست آورده شده که در این نگارش نوشته می شود . بیان مسأله و ضرورت انجام: امروزه دیگر زبان انگلیسی به عنوان زبان بین المللی مطرح نمی باشد بلکه به عنوان یک مهارت ضروری به خصوص در محیط های دانشگاهی است و اصولاً ارتباطات کلامی و نگارشی بین المللی به زبان انگلیسی می باشد. از طرفی، با توجه به اینکه پیشرفت در مقوله های مختلف و از جمله مقوله آموزش مرهون توانمند بودن اعضای دانشگاه در امر برقراری ارتباطات و تبادل اطلاعات می باشد، لذا وجود واحدی مجزا به نام واحد توسعه زبان انگلیسی در مرکز مطالعات می تواند نقش عمده ای جهت ارتقاء و افزایش کیفیت امور مربوطه در این امر داشته باشد. مخصوصاً اینکه گروه هدف اصلی مرکز مطالعات و توسعه آموزش اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه می باشند و مسلماً در تبادلات علمی و بین دانشگاهی، تسلط کافی به زبان انگلیسی امری اجتناب ناپذیر به نظر می رسد. فرضیات تحقیق 1- چگونه انگلیسی یاد بگیریم ؟ 2- چه چیزی برای فراگیری صحیح زبان لازم است؟ 3- آیا فراگیری زبان انگلیسی در پیشرفت شغلی تاثیر دارد ؟ 4- تفاوت زبان انگلیسی با زبان مادری در چیست ؟ 5- چگونه می توانید زبان انگلیسی خود را تقویت کنید ؟ 6- چرا زبان انگلیسی این قدر مهم جلوه می کند؟ اهداف تحقیق هدف کلی این واحد افزایش توانمندی اعضاء هیأت علمی و کارشناسان دانشگاه در جنبه های مختلف زبان انگلیسی است. به طور کلی اهداف عینی این واحد به دو بخش کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت تقسیم می شوند: 1- اهداف کوتاه مدت: • برگزاری دوره های آموزشی زبان انگلیسی در سطوح مختلف • ترجمه مقالات و کتب مربوط به آموزش پزشکی • برگزاری کارگاه های آموزش پزشکی • ارائه محصولات آموزشی از جمله: - ایجاد وب سایت واحد زبان انگلیسی - توسعه وب سایت انگلیسی معاونت آموزشی - تهیه پمفلت و کتابچه های مختلف در این زمینه - تهیه بانک اطلاعاتی و توسعه کتب آموزش زبان انگلیسی کتابخانه مرکز
